hit and exp rating cap?

wasn't sure if it is 2550 or 2650 rating for hit and exp capped Anyone know the exact? Sorry for stupid question. :-\

2210 Expertise for troll's n dorfs, it's still 2550 Hit. Same goes for Draenei but reversed (2210 Hitrating 2550 Expertise)

Not sure who came up with the 2550 number. My hunter has 7.50% on the UI and I only have 2549 on Expertise that is. Since it takes as much for Hit, I would say it is 2549 that is the cap, or does WoW round numbers up all of the sudden?

It's probably rounded up in the stats window.
