I've noticed when I'm on the training dummy when one of my windsong procs, instead of getting the 1500 crit I'm getting 1500 mastery. One of my weapons always proc the crit the other mastery. Is that suppose to happen?

It can actually proc all three at once, completely random.

Oh i thought it procced whatever was your highest stat. Well that sucks.....

Yeah its random adding a bunch of rng to it. Not only are you waiting on the proc you are hoping it is the stat you need or not which ever of the 3 is the worst.
