Looking for a very laid back guild for somewhat of a newbie to MMOs.

I'm a lvl 31 elementalist looking for a guild that likes to fight in numbers, who is mature and nice to ones still learning the whole memo experience. I'm a 35 year old dad so I don't get on a ton but try to play as often as possible and could probably play many scheduled events... if anyone can include a player like me, I would love to hear from you.
