Gear advice on boots.. ;)

So i got the boots from the questitem from Sha of Anger.

To clarify i am fire specc.
I am currently using these from heroic dungeons:

Do you think the loss of crit (almost 1%) warrants the use of the 476 boots?
You get more int, but lose alot of crit.


Would be great if anyone had done some calculations around it and thought about this issue themselves

Yes, you lose crit. However, you gain a lot of haste which puts you closer to the 12.5% threshold. You also gain another 100 points of hit you can reforge out of elsewhere.
