Update: Just dps'd on dummy for 2 mins without rupture, no procs.

You may need to do it longer. I only saw it proc once in about 20 minutes of questing at 85 last night (that's not to say it didn't proc more, just that I didn't notice it much). Definitely wasn't off a rupture, as I'm still using a rupture-free rotation.

Next time I'm questing with my rogue this week I'll try to keep a more active track of procs.
