Combustion change

What does it mean in practice? Dmg increase/decrease?

I'm feeling that it's huge dps loss since pyro dot does ALOT dmg

Yeah but isn't it like, combustion now takes total dps both dots do and make a one big dot that ticks every 1sec, but ignite ticks every 2sec not 1sec. So now, the damage portion from ignite will be increased (it will take ignite's tick, which happens every 2sec and put it into dot that ticks each 1sec). Guess it will also make mastery more worthwhile.
