Normal is 1152 INT, 6908 Haste proc
RF is 1021 INT, 6121 Haste proc

Heroic is 1218 Haste, 3653 INT proc
Normal is 1079 Haste, 3236 INT proc

The Jade Magistrate values appear to be off too, but since only Normal exists (I think?) it doesn't matter.

If exporting the spreadsheet did not mess up any formulas, then Light of the Cosmos beats out essence of terror as bis significantly.

I'm not sure, but it has to be high up there. Only a hair's breadth less then Heroic Light of the Cosmos BUT an on use effect, so more easily used at the exact time you need it. 5 seconds less proc time is going to hurt it in terms of raw power though. I can see a case for using them both in different circumstances.

So my guess would be Heroic Essence of Terror and then either Heroic Light of the Cosmos OR Shock Charger medallion for preference.

e: light of cosmos procs in world of logs just looks like a bug to me 50% uptime in most cases looks like a wrong icd for the duration. whatever gona roll on it anyway and till sha of anger hc it's a long way to go atleast for my guild and me

20 sec duration / 45 sec icd ~=45% uptime, 15% proc chance. And since it procs off dots ticks, which we have quite a bit with Malefic grasp, it's up almost instantly. Medallion looks amazing for Destruction though.

Essence: 9820.7
(1300 * 4.95) + (7796 * (20 / 105) * 2.28)

DMF: 9227.3
(956 * 4.95) + (3027 * (15 / 50) * 4.95)

You seem to have gotten a value wrong for Cosmos. I hate that the DMF trinket gets replaced by another trinket this tier. I like the proc visual; especially when I use DS.
