I feel the ef hot niche is something that other classes do far more efficiently and effectively. In the same way you wouldn't want to stack 3 holy paladins or have a hot-heavy druid with a glyphed riptide shaman and a 1hp ef blanketing holy paladin just doesn't have good synergy.

I feel the same way. I raid with a resto druid. Attempting to roll EF just feels like something that is already being brought by a class that is actually designed to do it.
