Umm, aren't the servers goin down for main then after it comes up it will be available? Pretty sure its not even open...

It will probably unlock once instance/raids are reset.

[What's half of minor?]

10am est and no raid finder here. The ink trader has not been updated either. I checked an hour ago and the servers were up then so I'm not sure if they went down at all (US Rexxar).
