Looking to get a new case, sort of unusual requirements

So being a new parent I'm finding more and more different things that I never thought I'd have to "childproof" for, latest being my computer. My current case is perfectly fine, except that my kids are just old enough that they have found out how to push the power button and CD tray button on the front of it, but young enough that I can't actually tell them 'no' yet. Right now I only have 1 place I can put my computer, and it is about a foot and a half off the floor laying down on top of a TV stand.

Currently I have a Zalman GS1000 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811235014) and I am looking to get something with the same capacity but either a few inches shorter (so I can stand it up on my desk) or with a locking front door that will shield the buttons. I'm looking to try to stay as close to $100 as possible but I can be reasonable. Also it'd be nice if it was black.

I cant offer help on a childproof case, but you can (i believe!) change what the power button does, pretty sure u can make it just reset / do nothing.

I've already got it set so that merely pushing it won't do anything, but this kid likes to push and hold it, and I would rather not have him hard shut off my computer. This plus the DVD tray button is pretty easy for him to get as well and I'd rather him not break the tray.

The case doesn't need to be rated as "childproof" per se, I just need something that makes it more difficult for an 11-month old to get access to. :P

cd/dvd drive nicely secured unless your child can now open it up, power button is placed on top of the case I believe.

I forgot to mention that part of the problem with where I have it is that it has to be laid down, so the power button would still be accessible.

However I think I've found exactly what I want to get. I have another location on my desk where I can put a tower if it is small enough (about 19 1/2" tall), and http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811146072 seems to meet that criteria (18 1/2" tall) while looking like it will fit all of my components inside.
