Windows taskbar overlapping WoW

This is getting pretty annoying, sometimes when I move the mouse to the bottom of the screen in WoW the Windows 7 taskbar at the bottom shows up and overlaps WoW. I have to tab out of the game and back in a couple of times before it stops doing it. Any ideas how to fix this without switching to fullscreen mode?

turn off autohide on taskbar if on or make wow window smaller so it doesnt overlap it.
