Good place to find some xrealm Challenge mode teams?

Howdy forum

I'm new to my current server and am having a hard time finding a challenge mode team. I did Gate of the setting sun today and that was fine but I really want to get into it and try for some gold medals. My guild is woefully slow in leveling/gearing/enthusiasm. Anyone know where I could find a place to hunt down some teams to join?
