Healbot Range Check Question

Desperately scouring the internet has revealed nothing definitive on this topic.

On the General Tab of Healbot options, the range check is ambiguously labelled.

Can anyone confirm or disprove with some certainty that the values are either:
1) In hertz
2) In seconds

I'm not that familiar with math/physics, so I'm wondering if there are some conventions in frequency values that I'm unaware of.

"Frequency" merely means "how long between repetitions." The option in Healbot is done in seconds.

In physics, "hertz" just refers to repetitions per second - a repetition every 1 second is 1 Hz, every 0.5 seconds is 2 Hz, every 0.1 seconds is 10 Hz, etc.
