    I'd say get a good nights sleep, if propblem persists go to the doctors, hpoefully you'll be right as rain after a nice nap ^_^

    Not much you can do for brain damages anyway, looks like you need some sleep, there should not be any brain damage with only two minutes of strangulation... especialy if you did not faint.

    Just get some sleep .. why would you inflict this to your body? Sleep depravation is realy toxic for your health.

    Most likely due to sleep deprivation, doubt the suffocation has anything to do with it.

    I would go to the doctor ASAP. You don't want to mess around by waiting too long, if you have some sort of brain injury. Don't be embarrassed to go. Doctors hear far worse, I'm sure.
