Keg Smash for WW/MW on PTR?

Am I reading this correctly or is it just worded strangely on the front page?

Keg Smash (Brewmaster) You swing a keg of brew You smash a keg of brew on the target, dealing (8.12 * (9.1% of AP - 1)) to (8.12 * (9.1% of AP + 1)) damage to up to 3 all nearby enemies within 8 yards. Limited to 3 targets. Melee range.

Keg Smash (Mistweaver) You swing a keg of brew You smash a keg of brew on the target, dealing (8.12 * (MainHand DPS + 50% of mwb / mws + AP / 14 - 1)) to (8.12 * (MainHand DPS + 50% of MWB / mws + AP / 14 + 1)) damage to up to 3 all nearby enemies within 8 yards. Limited to 3 targets. Melee range.

It is under a "brewmaster" heading.......too good to be true? Adding this cleave would be pretty interesting for dps monks.

Imho I wouldn't expect it, since you could also deduce from tooltips that BrewMasters and MW would get RSK. No chance in hell.

Yes, there have always been off-spec versions of keg smash and RsK. They're conditional tooltips, but you can't get them in-game.

As Schizoide said, we have versions of all abilities for each spec, even if we can't use them in that spec. You can see the same thing happened with Rising Sun Kick, but BM and WW will not be getting RSK.

All the numbers aside, your question is: "Will Blizzard remove the 3-target-restriction on Keg Smash?" Afair they already announced it for Brewmaster in a blue post so there are two options: data-mining went wrong or they just went along with that for all speccs. Having similar named abilities doing different things for different speccs is rather confusing, they might want to keep it clean and simple.

The 3-target limit has been removed for almost two weeks now. This was just a tooltip update.

Keg Smash doesn't exist for MW and WW. As per discussion in the 6 or 7 posts immediately preceding yours, those are just conditional tooltips that don't exist in game.
