Hacked! Need some information.

So i was hacked yesterday, they added a new authenticator to my account and i changed my password. Now today they also changed my security question so i send a scan of my ID to Blizzard. Now my question is how will this prove anything? I mean if they changed my name or so i am still fucked. I have no idea what to do ! I tried to call blizzard support but they keep telling me it's full. Anyone had any experiences like this or have an idea what to do? I feel kind of bummed because i spend alot of time on my chars and i also am abit scared that i won't get my account back.

They can't just change your name on the account, which is why it's one of the things Blizzard asks you to prove.
