I haven't heard of one, but what you're asking for is definitely possible. It would just have to scan the combat log for events. Similarly, the same concept could be useful for Glaive Toss and probably others.
It's pretty hard to work out how many you just hit when you've got a sea of numbers. I can't help think that these moves might be better if they just always threw to their max range going through the target you have selected, rather than just going to them.
