Need some help binding Logitech G500 mouse

Hello, I want to use the middle thumb button as ALT key in WoW but nothing happens even after I changed it with SetPoint. Any suggestions?

Are you using the latest version of Setpoint from logitech's site instead of the one that came with the mouse disc? Try that instead.
