That'd be nice, depending on what they consider counts. I mean, I've gotten BL salvage kits both from the chests and as a zone completion reward, for example. Even still, I've got a bunch of silly boosters I'd love to get rid of in some useful way.

The only boosters I'll keep are the karma boosters. The rest of them I hope I can do something with them.

Oh and I love the addition of the karma potions as a reward for dailies.

I did some costume fights yesterday, after some trick-or-treat farming from doors in Gendarran Fields. Incidentally i was level 29, so i also completed the heart nearby, gaining level 30 in the process.
Back in LA i started the Scavenger Quest form the little Priory brat, and took the chance to explore the whole pirate city. While exploring and carving pumpkins on the way, i found Capt. Weylandt's cave and finished it. Amazing.
After i've managed to collect all the six pages, i got my brand new "back" item from the aforementioned brat, and with the tome on my back (i'm a Durmand guy, so it was appropriate to carry a book on my back ), i went crafting a bit with the new mats i found inside the ToT bags.
Last eve was exactly why i like this game so much.

So, I've been funneling my candy canes into the adorable quaggon, charr, asura, human, norn, and full grown sylvari trick or treaters and have been rolling around in mounds of trick or treat bags, 50 canes = 8 bags (can also do 10 and 20 but get less bag to cane ratio)

Do we know what makes the energy increase? Or is it essentially a timer?

The lion is breaking up too. and there is a dragon with an obscenely long tongue swimming with the boats....
