Currently I need "The Shado-Pan" part of the zone achievement "Slum It in the Summit." However during leveling, I skipped the quest "Temple of the White Tiger" on my way to unlocking Shrine of 2 Stars. When I go to speak with Dezco, he is not located in the temple. Later in the quest chain must phase you out, I'm guessing that is why I cant see Dezco, and praying that is the final step to the Loremaster zone achievement. If any1 has similiar problems or might know of a random quest i may have missed in the Summit somewhere, please tell me. Been flying all over zone, only quest left is this stupid White Tiger quest and it appears to be broken for me.
