I had 3 drops this last LFR. 3 tanking pieces, true (I do have a tanking offspec), but still, 3 pieces. It's just RNG.

IMHO I think one of the problems with the previous systems was that if people didn't get an item they wanted, they would need on everything just to make it feel worthwhile that they've been in.

The roll's still going on, you still have just as good a chance of winning what you want. PRobably greater chance now as no-one can need it off you.

it is also meant to be a way for character progression for people who don't have time or the skill to commit to a regular raiding schedule, the "it's just there to see the bosses" is bullshit

Except it's not. It's also for raiders to fill in missing pieces to min/max. Stop thinking otherwise because you are just lying to the general population. And ya, RNG is just RNG. I used an extra loot token on Sha of Anger and got gold

That's because the bags appear instead of loot. If you have a bag you did not get an item.
If you get an item, it will not be inside a bag.

You have the same chance at getting loot as in the previous need/greed loot system.

You just don't get to nerdrage at someone else anymore because they outrolled you.
