    haste bonus of Herbalism

    is that better for shadow priest and warlock compare with the int bonus of other professions?
    in raid or pvp can that be used as a small trinket?

    Just popping it randomly will be weaker than the int bonus from other profs. If you pop it w/ use trinkets and class cd's, it may compensate for that; not to mention the higher on demand burst.
