i saw this yesterday - wow what a nice, yet almost lucky punch. I presonally believe she deserved it, but in a private way - like a fight on the street or at a bar. But here, there isn't even a question - while at work the driver is extremely in the wrong - and easy ass lawsuit is incoming. If she got physical or way to close to his person he can react like this. But to get up, take your time in saying some shit like "oh now it's going down", and then punch her in the jaw and toss her out like luggage (lol i have to watch that part over and over, this man is my hero for that tossing part!) will not be excused while on the job - possibly even some kind of government employee (train, bus driver). I'm not even sure hate speech would okay that kind of reaction, only self-defense.
