Possibly an obvious question, but I can't find the answer - is there an ICD on picking up the healing spheres? I can spawn loads, but if I run through a bunch of 'em I think I only pick up one. Anyone know what the ICD is between picking up two spheres? What else do you know about them?

If you're at full health, you don't pick them up.

Another point: If you stand on a bunch and lose even just one health, you will pick them all up.

You will pick them all up. When I get to around 70% or so I usually strafe left and right to pick up all the orbs around me,
