Weak Aura's anyone able to solce my problem?

Is their any way to get 2 aura's to interact?

I play an Ele shammy, and I find that I sometimes use Fulmination, which then stops me being able to recast Flame shock.

I have a Flame shock bar and a Lightning Shield icon, is it possible to get the bar to change colour when it has 7 seconds left, and/or get my Lightning shield icon(or text in it) to change colour when 7 seconds left on flame shock.

Or as a last resort put a big X over the blizz fulmination icon.

I am hoping this will help stop this nasty habit of mine.
