Is there a new justice point trade goods vendor with MoP mats, if so where is it

was wondering this myself the other day but as far as i can tell there is not.

Im pretty sure there isnt since they expect you to buy mats with Spirit of Harmony. JP is pretty much worthless after you have the ilvl for heroics. At most you can trade it for honor and get PvP gear if you dont already have it, or if you ae an enchanter you can DE JP gear.

There is not.
HOWEVER there is a Spirit of Harmony vendor.

If i remember rightly, the vendor never shows up in the first tier. Wait a few patches and one will show up
