hey is there a new thing with the pulsar driods in HM EC

I was dont the run and noticed the pulsar droids pop off 2 rail shots insta cast style while dpsing walker and popping off 2 more while stacking. did BW buff their rail shot CD or something, i mean we could always get those droids down but tonite was an issue
