Arrow Budget: £50-100 for GPU + PSU

Hi, since I'm building my own rig, I will use some parts from my old PC, which are Asus GTX 480 1.5GB GPU + Antec 650W PSU and probably CD/DVD reader/writer, since I didn't bought one for new rig yet.

Now I need to find replacements for my old PC, that I will give to my sister, she doesn't play games almost at all but in some cases she plays Sims 3. Are there any GPU + PSU around within 50-100 GBP budget?

Also can someone recommend some cheap/decent CD/DVD reader/writer?

    Thanks in advance

    http://pcpartpicker.com/uk/p/l6C1 Antec EarthWatts Green 380 + 7770 $115

Although the 7770 is out of budget, the $23 gives you more than double the performance http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/613?vs=549

To be honest, you don't 'need' a DVD writer. You can just borrow your old one to install Windows and give it back to your sister after you're done. If you do need a new one, just pick up a cheap one for $15-20 of a decent brand like ASUS or Samsung.

40 GBP for PSU? Isn't there like PSU's under 30-35? I've read some bad reviews even on those who are under well known manufacturer names, that are defective, but I won't probably buy PSU which is coming from unknown manufacturer

I'm going to need PSU to power up 7750, I believe, you only need like 150w for that gpu?
