I seem to recall them changing cheat death and another similar effect (guardian spirit maybe? Something like that) to have a cap on damage it could prevent. If this is the new effect, that could indicate a reversion of that.An attack that would otherwise be fatal will instead reduce you no lower than 10% of your maximum health, and damage taken will be reduced by 80% for 3 sec. This effect cannot occur more than once per 90 seconds.
The change before that I had seen was making it so it could only prevent up to your maximum health in damage. So if you took >=110% of your max health in 1 hit, you still would just die. This change in wording could mean that limit is gone (I hope, with how stupid big Chaos Bolts can be (low chance) and 5 stack HS (Wow is this one a scapegoat for the 1/100 chance of happening in an arena match..)
