About the Unleash Life change, is this a tooltip fix, or is it a buff? I always assumed healing rain was affected by it.

To my knowledge Healing Rain was never affected by it, so i'd definently consider it a buff. Unless ofcourse i'm mistaken.

In Cata, I believe only the first tick was affected by Unleash (if that). In MoP, it was changed to the whole duration, so this is a tooltip correction.
