Actually in the US, the Americans with Disabilities Act does cover things like accessibility in a store. Equal Rights and all that ya know, this includes those that are disabled or "other" abled.
GameStop is a rip off, but if you take your games and agree to sell them, nothing you can complain about. You agreed, therefore it is a contract. Don't sell 'em if you don't like what is offered. I have stopped using Game Stop completely because they are a complete rip when it comes to what they offer as opposed to what their markup is.
and as far as "being in a wheelchair or a large person" a disability that is certified, is a disability, period. There is no distinction. The law must be abided and a complaint can/should be filed with the BBB at the very least, or a legal action could be taken if you were so inclined.

No offense, but it sounds like 'mad person is mad'. Between the broken english, it looks like you're unhappy that they didn't give you more money for a used game, which isn't a standard or requirement by any means.

Be happy with it. In another few years, 'returns' and 'trade ins' won't exist at all. Period.

I feel like I'm reading a conspiracy theorist's rants, only he's grousing about getting ripped off at Gamestop instead of just using eBay or a similar service for buying and reselling.

The only thing worth noting here is the ADA complaints, and sometimes that might not be within their control - they have to get products out where people can see them, and that might mean wheelchairs and scooters and whatnot can't fit if the small size of their space makes it impossible to have wide aisles.

This includes a local place where I used to live called "Rhyno". Gamestop functions off of used video game sales. That's their MO. The irony in this, is that they limit their selection, by getting rid of anything that isn't current gen. I was in one recently that was talking about killing it's Wii section. Going back to Rhyno, they had freaking SNES systems and games for sale. Granted, not many, because they're hard to find, but still.

You referring the the old Rhino Video Games chain? Man, just hearing that name brings back a lot of fond old-school memories. Rhino Video was amazing in its day. Hell, it was headquartered in my hometown. Damn shame when they got bought out by GameStop.

Well im sure they don't miss you business, and ill repeat myself again....They DON'T have to give you anything for your games. Open video games can not be returned, unless defective, by law (and don't bother trying to fight me on this, I sold video games for 7 years)

And I'm sure I don't miss doing business with them either
Also I like getting more money selling my used games on my own than relying on some bad trade in system

Typically the only people I see that *like* gamestop are the ones that are oblivious to the ass-reaming you receive when you do business with them.
Buying a new product? Not terrible, no worse then any other store. Buy ANYTHING used from them? You just got ripped off, enjoy your purchase!

Ha, speaking of, I tried ordering from them online once. Opened up the package, opened the case, and noticed the the disc had a deep cut basically breaking the thing into three sections. If it was any deeper the game would have shattered. It took me no time at all to realize, these stupid fucks didn't put any insulation in the package. So, while the guys in-store were nice, I lost out on shipping costs because apparently a disc is something that can be thrown around for days and pretend nothing's wrong.

Well here the thing

Best Buy sell pc with an expiration date *yea is odd* but they will put in there store and if they are not selling say 60 day they wank it or in some cases just sell it out online online,And that the problem if a 3 star games that go for $3.99 that was $19.99 what do you think will happen ?

These #oc#su#ker will buy them all up and mark between $10 - $15 even those they were at best buy.com for $3.99 so they can make more profit

And that how my last resort of gamestop but i will consider look at other online retail store but too that lead me to the seller who are in my eye total ass#### because they want to make money on a cheap games

If they sell it used and this is where get strange PS3 $49.99 / 360 $54.99 to me if fell like if you have a 360 and you want a used copy you better off buying it new because is what $5 of a difference from a new copy
