touch of death killed me aswell, after i used lay on hands to get back to 100% it made me look at the combat log thats for sure :P

I just wonder how it can kill a player while touch of death is not usable against PC's, only NPC's.

You exploit the enemy target's weakest point, instantly killing them.

Only usable on non-player targets who have equal or less health than you.

Maybe because of intervine? > but still it is a PC's what u are targetting.

Monk pvp set 4piece lets you ToD player targets at 10% hp or lower.

Haha brilliant, this will prompt a load of QQ, not that it should, it seems pretty reasonable as ToD is the 4 set, having intervene basically nullify it would be pretty bad. Would be interested to how it interacts with Hand of Sacrifice, afaik Touch of Death Deals the targets HP, so it should still kill the target and then deal 30% of that to the pally, that's a fair bit of bang for your buck
