Heyo. I was just wondering why I can't pick up this quest as the NPC has no avaliable quests for me - I've got Honored reputation with The Consortium; do I need revered?
No it's more complicated then that, you need to farm netherstorm for keys or something. Dont really remember its been so long. Once you beat him a few time you get an item and you can summon him when you want.
