Are there still people who don't understand the ilvl behind PvP gear since MoP? All the time I am seeing people spamming "no pvp gear!" and talking about padding ilvl with PvP gear. Do they not understand its just as good as PvE of equivalent ilvl now?

Valor points this expansion are really not that awesome. You can acquire gear that's on par with LFR or "Heroic LFR" ilvl. I do believe Blizz has separated the casual from the raider players with this expansion, and that's a good thing.

Dear lord. There is one mechanic in all of the dungeons that can actually kill you and someone is asking for a nerf. It is also extremely easy to avoid the whirlwind.

We went in there roughly 3-4 days after MOP was released, wiped the first time cause we were caught off guard not knowing what to expect.

Since then it's cake. I really don't understand the issue people have.

As I see it, it is almost completely out of place compared to all other mechanics in the current dungeons. I can't think of any other instant death mechanic that isn't in a raid. If this was Scarlet Monastery the Raid, it would be perfectly normal (fond memories of doing the safety dance).

The problem is in any group you're still likely to have a first timer who is 'caught off guard' and dies. Which is fine, IF people don't start berating them for dying to it, which seem unlikely.

The idea, as it was presented in beta, was to give more options for how you earn valor. Not to force you to do dailies. The idea was that you're given the choice between getting your valor from running heroics, by raiding, or by doing dailies. The whole "choice" part was kind of ruined when they made the valor gains from heroics so low that you had to do ~30 of them every week to cap, though. If you ever feel like you have to do dailies to cap valor, the system is not working as intended.

I find the "first heroic every day grants double valor" change to be a big step backwards. It basically rewards people who can play an hour every day compared to people who can play seven hours every Sunday. The whole point of making it "7 weekly heroics" rather than one daily was to remove that gap. Now instead they've basically gone back to the pre-Cata model where you're rewarded for having spread out playtime, and get better rewards for playing half an hour per day than playing five hours on Sunday.

The cosplay is fine. The girl has the perfect body for it, the details are nice.. but she kinda went on the wrong color for the skin But shes nice:P
