Our current healing setup is a Restoration Druid and myself on a Mistweaver Monk, with our Shadow Priest playing Discipline when required.

I played a Resto. Druid from early TBC up until early 2012 where I rerolled to a Resto. Shaman. Since Monks were released with MoP I decided to give them a go in the form of a Mistweaver, since no one else in the guild wanted to reroll to a Monk.

Whilst I am doing pretty decent numbers and outhealing everyone by large margins, I am starting to feel our healing setup doesn't fit together particularly well. Perhaps it is my style of healing, but I am finding that time and again tanks are taking tons of damage, but we are struggling to have the throughput to keep them alive. Mistweavers and Resto. Druids are very HoT reliant, so part of me feels like we would benefit from swapping one out for a direct healing healer like a Shaman or Paladin.
