PvP gear and the new gear upgrade system.

So i have been hearing of the new VP gear upgrading system and was wondering....

Will this be viable for PvP gear as well? maybe some but not all?
Maybe there will be a similar system based around Conquest Point usage?

anyone heard anything or have any insight on this?
wondering if i should start doing my daily heroic or not.. :P

Upgrade system is most likely for PVE items only as Conquest has a higher cap

kinda disappointed. would be nice to at least use VP on honor blues.
guess i won't be queueing dungeons anytime soon
