Maximum damage as kitty feral pvp - Mastery?

If you are a Kitty pvper and you want to see big damage / bleeds, what would I stack? Mastery?

I've not pvped much this xpac but i'm pretty sure that because off target down time mastery pulls a head and haste becomes even more worse.

PvP power will be your best primary stat for sure. This effectively makes jewelcrafting useless (as the pvp power/agi gems are better for reds than the actual JC gems) for those wondering.

Your best secondary after 3% hit is a tossup between crit and mastery. Crit affects everything and will increase your burst potential while mastery will be a static DPS increase while you swap targets or while off-target. Different players choose different stats so it's all preference between those 2. Haste is garbage.
