Imp swarm bug

Hello, Im having a little problem with Im swarm. Everytime I switch o demonology spec it keeps giving Imp swarm on my action bar. I already have it on my action bar. But me constantly having to get rid of it is pissing me off. How can I solve this issue?

I had that on beta.

I think if you main bar bars is full, it wont put it there or it might be my bar addon Dominos that prevents that.

Sadly blizzard was not able to help me with it.
