Audio shuts off while watching streams @ twitch.tv

Hello guys, for some time now when i watch livestreams at twitch.tv the audio of the stream shuts of, can't hear any audio from the person or music or anything at all but the audio of everything else, my music my games or w/e still works so it's just the stream and atm i'm not sure if this happends on other streaming sites since i only use twitch, my computer has a few problems but i don't really bother much with them since it does not bother me that often but this, it really bothers me alot because i watch alot of streams when i'm bored and audio just shuts off when the person is saying something important or just something that's fun to hear it really pisses me off, so i come here wondering if someone know why this is happening? I'm not very good identifying technical issues but i'm guessing this is something with my sound card or something but doesn't really make sense since it only shuts off on twitch.tv and nowhere else. Would appreciate some help on this, thx.

What browser do you use; have you tried other browsers?
Have you tried your onboard sound?

I use google chrome and no i haven't tried a different browser and no i haven't tried my onboard sound, i don't even think i know what it is ;D i'm not very technical D;

Try another browser. If that doesn't work try onboard sound.
