Well, wanted to get an overview on how often my fellow mates fail. Similiar tracking like Recount, with the ability to post them in the different channels. Nice would be to see on what they failed exactly.

EnsidiaFails is one which can be added to both skada and recount I think.

What specifically are you looking to track? Failure to move out of crap? Breaking Chains? Rotation/Priority errors? Deaths?
