    Ah, that reminds me. When I use to be healthy and thought that what I ate mattered (i.e., when I was fat), I use to eat oatmeal + peanut butter + whey protein. I think bros call it proatmeal.

    Why not just sandwiches? If your lazy you can make them the day before and you can choose what to put on them.

    Yoghurt should survive the commute so long as you aren't walking through Death Valley to get to work. If you need to insulate it a bit, take some kitchen roll, dampen a sheet and wrap it tightly around the yoghurt pot, and then take two dry sheets and wrap them around the damp one. Will keep the yoghurt nice and cool (and anything else you want to keep chilled for that matter).
