While I am inclined to think you#re doing it wrong I have to wholeheartedly agree with the notion of nerfing warlocks. It's wednesday after all.
As a Mistweaver Monk (in PVP), if I see a Warlock they are my prime concern over any other class. If I determine they're Demonologist, I stun and move on. If they're Affliction I ignore them completely because it's really funny if they try and dot me up. If I determine it's a Destruction lock then he's all that matters. I'm in partial conquest gear and have my four-set. I almost can't out-heal his damage if he's aiming at anyone but me.
This is assume that there's at least one other person on his team actively fighting myself or the group I'm standing there in.
Now, if you're BM. A silence then a stampede should be all it takes to ruin any Warlock's day. Assuming you have those lined up in time.
Praise the Quest Writers for they give life to otherwise boring expansions.
I was wrong about Blizzcon 2014 having nothing interesting to show off: There's a Robot Monk!
Maybe it is overpowered for it to do that much under perfect circumstances. But they are exactly that perfect circumstances. If you let a nuclear bomb launch you can't complain that they it hit you for so much when you could have stopped it.

You know a community is bad when moderators lock a thread because "...this isnt the place to talk about it either seeing as it will get trolled..."
Let's be honest here. Unless you're a warrior/dk, you are bound to have your hands full with a lock (destro or demo, ofc).
Just deal with them or move on. Every classes has their own fix on the way.
Spriests are the bane of my existence atm, everyone else? Aside from spriest and a good dk, not so much worry, usually I play with them until they burst, then pop defensives and Archimond's vengence. In D.A.
Anyways, guess I got it from years of tanking, or maybe it's that I am a sadist, I enjoy watching ppl pop cd's and burst, only to kill themselves, since my HP is usually much higher and I self heal, while I damage them and they damage themselves.
Not to mention a few weeks of payback for years of knockbacks and mind controls off cliffs lol

Proof that the mmochamp community can be a bitter and lonely place. What a shame.
