Resto Druid add on help !!!

Hi guys,

New to forums and resto druid and hoping for some help. I am trying to find an addon that will pop an image of swiftmend over my character when the cool down is up. I can keep track of tranquility and tree form on my own, but I find myself forgetting to cast swiftmend as often as I would like..

Any ideas??

You could set up either a power aura or a weak aura for it.

Weak auras seems to be the better choice here because it appears that power auras is still updating to 5.0.5
