Yes, LFR-style loot has some bugs still.

I had a similar problem, ticketed, got a response 2-3 days later, the response is that they're sorry that the system still has problems but the absolutely 100% will *not* help you.

On the positive side the chances of getting loot on sha are pretty dismal so its not that big of a deal.

I've been MC'd twice during the kill time, got loot both times.

I have the same problem this week, and so did a few other people in the group. I was not mind-controlled when he died. I killed him before Tuesday restarts and thought waiting until after them would help. Did not so I went and killed galleon and got two pieces of loot. Justice?
