Rushing Jade Wind affect on Spinning Crane Kick

From what I can tell, Spinning Crane Kick does not trigger Eminence (I might be wrong, please correct me if I am). However, Rushing Jade Wind does. With that said, it also increases the effectiveness of the sheer DPS Spinning Crane Kick does for 12 seconds. Since Eminence does not get triggered from Spinning Crane Kick, does AoE healing actually become more effective if you use RJW prior to a SCK? How does RJW provide a small increase in HPS throughput besides the Eminence it triggers in its initial burst?

RJW is a nice healing cd to use prior before heavy aoe so that you can get the buff to your SCK. SCK does not cause eminence healing anymore. RJW and SCK are synergized to be used together.

Yea, the tooltip states this exactly with "Mistweaver" above it. The RJW eminence healing and damage boost to SCK are just additional benefits.
