Question about Alter Time

Sorry If this has been posted in another thread.

Basically I need to know how to use Alter Time effectively. I have not done so up to this point. I would also like to know how it would benefit with PoM + Pyro when In use.

Do I use my buffs, use PoM + Pyro then use alter time and do it again? Maybe my basic understanding is off and that is where I would like some guidance.

Pop your trinkets

First two Pyroblasts
Use Alter time
Fire two Pyroblasts
