Looking for Help Reinstalling Windows 7

I'm about to install a brand new Motherboard on my desktop PC and I was wondering if there's any way to completely reinstall Windows 7 from scratch after completely deleting / reformatting my Hard Disk Drive. My main problem is that I don't have any disks (I do have the OS serial code though) or a backup (doing one now would be kinda pointless) and most of the information I've found online is sketchy at best. Perhaps I'm not looking in the right places, but I want to be completely sure of what I'm doing before fully committing.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Edit: The main reason I'm doing this is that since my last MoBo was installed, my computer has been randomly crashing (monitor goes dark and then the sound starts to distort after a few seconds).

You will want 32 bit unless have more than 4GB ram, then use 64 bit.

    Download/burn/???/profit.

Np, just remember to get the correct version that matches your key. Home Premium, Ultimate etc etc.

Also remember you need motherboard drivers etc. I figure you already knew this, but it's never bad to be sure
