I seriously hope they don't think that one change will fix marksman, and it doesn't even affect survival.
also, expect a nerf to pyroblasts damage if they changed their mind about the cooldown

I wouldnt say that. Renewing mists lost a bit of its kick but it ticks every 2 seconds instead of 3. And the haste thing, as far as I know, is non existant on live meaning that 50% increased haste from stats is still a complete buff to them.

WTB a legitimate rogue buff. quitting until step is a baseline ability. every other class has a gap closer/mobility tool on a short cd baseline. hurry up blizzard. i want it meow.

Whining for what exactly? Pyro cd was going to impact PvE alter timing with PoM + pyro proc by a massive amount, consume pyroblast!, wait 2.3 seconds, consume PoM, you cant get inferno blast then 1 more pyro before alter time runs out.
On other hand no 2.3k+ mages play fire anyway, so /care.
