Weak Auras all-in-one

Sup guys!!! I am looking for an aura for my Defile. I created one, but is not work as I would like...

What happens is it tracks the cooldown of my Defile, but everytime I have no rune to cast Defile, it takes this aura away.

I just want a persistent icon that will be there everytime my Defile is off the cooldown, no matter if I have rune or not to cast it. TY!!!!!

This is exactly what I want !

instead of using spell cooldown, try action usable.

Thank you for your tip! Just tried, did not work It does the very same thing... once Defile is off the cooldown, if it has no runes for its use, the icon goes away :/
