Hello everyone i would like to introduce Empyrean:
Empyrean is an established 10 man guild on Sylvanas and we are now looking to improve and extend our main group roster.
We are a Semi-Hardcore guild with a flexible schedule based on our raider's availability. Our goal is to compete for server first every raid tier, without pushing so hard that real life suffers.
Raid times during progression:
Wednesday: 19:00 - 24:00
Thursday: 19:00/21:00 - 24:00
Sunday: 19:00 - 24:00
Monday: 19:00 - 24:00
Tuesday: 19:00/22:00 - 24:00 Raids can sometimes be extended.
Requirements:
We require our main raiders to have high attendance, ideally attending at least 4 raids a week, as we are a 10 man guild and strive to keep our roster slim so that everyone can raid.
We also require you to be able to always be prepared for the raids. Not just with consumables and gear enchants, but also with strategy. Know your class, learn your role in each encounter, be creative with your talents, know when to do what and where to do it. Every encounter might need a different talent and YOU need to know which. It's not our raid leader's job to research how your class can perform best in a fight - it's yours!
Besides that we are looking for friendly and helpful raiders who get along with not only each other but also our socials and casual members in the rest of the guild. We are a friendly guild where drama, elitists and egomaniacs will not be tolerated.
Loot:
During progression we use a loot council to distribute the loot where we see it will make biggest difference for our raiding team. We are a tight-knit and mature team of players and have no interest in recruiting raiders who whine about gear or make drama. If you are attending and doing your assignments correctly you WILL be rewarded with loot.
